The classic marriage of walnut maple highlights native, black walnuts and pure, local maple syrup. It is created using Single Barrel Bourbon by hand in small batches. Smooth and Seductive. Ginger Ale
Wedge of lime
- Pour in a glass over ice
- Garnish with a lime wedge
Cherry Royale
Champagne or Prosecco
- Pour Cherry Bounce into a champagne flute
- Top with Champagne or Prosecco
Cherry Bounce Old fashioned
3 dashes Angostura Few dashes plain water

- Place bitters in a glass, add a dash of plain water. Swirl until dissolved.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes and add Bourbon Ratafia.
- Garnish with orange slice, and a cocktail cherry.
- Served: On the rocks; poured over ice

your preferred Ginger Ale
- Pour in a glass over ice
- Garnish with a lemon wedge
Honey Pear Royale
Champagne or Prosecco
- Pour Honey Pear Ratafia into a champagne flute
- Top with Champagne or Prosecco
Tall Honey Pear Bourbon Ratafia
2 oz club soda or seltzer lemon or lime
- Pour the Bourbon Ratafia over ice
- top with club soda to the size of your preference.
- Garnish with a lemon or lime

3/4oz Sweet Vermouth
3/4oz Hazelnut Honey Ratafia
1 1/2oz Añejo Tequila
- Stir down and Garnish with a spritz of Fernet-Branca
Chocolate Hazelnut Shots
milk of choice
chocolate syrup
(darker the better)
- Mix your milk of choice with chocolate syrup to create a frothy, chocolate milk
- Pour 1 1/2 oz of the chocolate milk into a large shot glass and float the Hazelnut Honey Bourbon Ratafia
- Also great doubled, shaken in a martini glass, shaved chocolate garnish

Walnut Maple Cocktails
Cranberry Maple with Walnuts
3 oz cranberry juice
juice from half a lemon
2 oz club soda
- Pour the Walnut Maple Ratafia, lemon, and cranberry juice over ice and shake.
- Strain over a prepared rocks glass and top with a splash of club soda.
Walnut Maple Sour
splash of Seltzer or Ginger Ale
- Pour in a glass over ice
- Garnish with lemon peel or a cocktail cherry.
Almost Heaven Coffee
half & half (or cream), and sugar to taste
- Add to fresh coffee, hot or cold
- For a treat, add cream
- Served: Hot or poured over ice
Winter Hare Cocktails
Winter hare Old fashioned
3 dashes Angostura bitters
One teaspoon of raw (turbinado sugar)
Few dashes plain water orange slice
cocktail cherry
- Place bitters in a glass
- Add a dash of plain water and sugar
- Swirl until dissolved.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes and add the Winter Hare Single Barrel Bourbon
- Garnish with an orange slice, and a cocktail cherry.
